• We are located central downtown; just two blocks from shopping, entertainment and Federal Government offices
• There are private phones with voice mail in each private bed room as well as TV / full cable DVD's and radio alarm clocks
• There is a computerized security locking system on the private 'A' entrance to the shared apartment at Embleton House. There are also keyed privacy locks on each bed room door.
• Breakfast foods are provided for a self made self serve breakfast at your choice of time. You can also purchase groceries and make your own lunch and supper if you choose
• Private Luxury Studio Suites have fireplaces, sky lights and air massage tubs for two, and many other luxury amenities

Policies

• Check In/Check Out: 01:00 pm / 10:30 am
• Cancellation: If cancelled 7 days or more before the date of arrival, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. Less than 7 days (see email confirmation) will result in a one night charge plus 50% of the cost of the rest of the stay. The balance of your deposit will be refunded.
• Seasonal Information: Our B&B is open all year.
