Curried chicken 'Galle'A rich red-gold southern Sri Lanka dish that is toned down. But has all the flavour and not the heat.It is Marinated over night in 8-10 herbs, spices and condiments, then sautéed over high heat and simmered in coconut cream.

Some good old Canadian bacon, Ham or Sausages, Grilled tomato, and or baked beans.

Chai~ Indian style spiced Ceylon tea that is steeped in milk, slightly sweetened & kicked up a few notches with a delicate blend of spices. You've got to try this to top off this heavenly meal.
