Breakfast Menu Choices

Mmmmmmm!
To stimulate your palate, breakfast begins with: a fresh fruit cup, freshly baked dainty delight and your selection of beverage(s).

Entrée Choices are:

Eggs (any style), Omelet, French Toast, Pancakes, Toast, Sausage, Bacon, Yogurt, Cold Cereal, and Hot Cereal.

Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated, please advise your hosts.

Partridgeberry Bran Mini-Muffins - Sample Breakfast Delight

1 1/2 c bran
1 c buttermilk
1/3 c oil
1 egg
2/3 c brown sugar
1 c flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 c Partridge berries (may substitute raisins)

Grease mini-muffin tin. Recipe claims to make one pan, but I usually have extra.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix buttermilk & bran and let stand 20 minutes. Beat oil, egg, brown sugar and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda & baking powder. Combine bran mixture with egg mixture. Then combine wet and dry ingredients. Gently stir in berries.

To make a dainty muffin, only fill muffin tins two-thirds full.

Bake approximately 15 minutes.
