A year round stream exits the lake into tidal salt water that runs to Murray Harbour. The possibility exists for this stream to generate electric power. This fresh water lake has an abundance of speckled trout. About 2 acres of lawn surrounds the main house, cottages and 2nd home (Guesthouse). The cottages and Guesthouse are nestled into the trees.
