Aptly named, unique property situated on Sandy Bottom Lake, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Located about 20 minutes south of historic Annapolis Royal. This 4,000+ square foot home (sold fully furnished and turn-key) and separate garage are on 4 acres of land with over 300 feet of waterfront. 24 years old. 20 years as a B&B.
