• Check In/Check Out: We discuss your arrival time with you, if you arrive precisely at the time we predetermine I will give you a 5% discount on your rate. Remind us!
• Cancellation: A deposit is required for a reservation. A portion of your deposit will be refunded if the Cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the reservation date and the room rented is filled.
